Gel-packed in an insulated carton with the temperature record enclosed. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 14:00 CT, Monday to Thursday, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.
Tracked and signature-required. On arrival, check the enclosed temperature record against the stated range. If it shows an excursion, tell us within the window in the returns policy and we replace the lot.
We ship within the United States and to a published list of international destinations. Orders placed from destinations outside that list are cancelled and refunded in full. Import, export and controlled-substance compliance remains the buyer responsibility in every case.
Transit times are estimates given by the carrier and are not guarantees. We do not dispatch on Fridays or ahead of public holidays, because a cold-chain parcel that sits in a depot over a weekend is a parcel we cannot stand behind.
Title passes at dispatch from Madison, Wisconsin. Where a delivery fails because an address was wrong or nobody was available to sign, the cold chain is broken and the lot cannot be resold, so a redelivery is charged as a new dispatch.
