A supplier that can be checked
Kelvin Line Reference Materials synthesises lyophilised reference peptides in Madison, Wisconsin and supplies them to laboratories, contract research organisations and independent investigators. Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory and released only once its certificate is published. We are a materials supplier and a records keeper, and we are deliberately nothing else.
What we are for
To make the claim on the label checkable by the person holding the vial. A purity figure that cannot be traced to a dated, independent report on that specific lot is marketing, and the industry has too much of it already.
What we refuse
We publish no dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use or protocol guidance, and our staff are instructed not to supply it on request. We do not sell for human or veterinary use. We do not display accreditation marks we do not hold. These refusals are the product.
Our Values
The lot is the unit
Not the product line and not the year. Every figure we publish belongs to one batch, and the number on the vial is how you find it.
Independent or it does not count
Testing is done by a named external laboratory with the method and instrument on the report. An unattributed in-house number proves nothing.
Publish before selling
A certificate that appears after the sale is a receipt. Ours are published before the lot is listed, so you can read one before you spend anything.
Say no in writing
When somebody asks for dosing guidance we decline in writing, every time. A supplier that answers that question once will answer it again.

They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use, no statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
We publish no dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use or protocol guidance of any kind, and our staff are instructed not to supply it on request. Purchase is restricted to buyers aged 21 or over, or 18 or over where 18 is the age of majority in the buyer jurisdiction, and the affirmation is recorded per device on entry.

Every lot carries a dated certificate of analysis, published before the lot is listed. No email request, no account and no purchase is required to read one.

HPLC-UV purity with the measured figure printed on the certificate, plus mass-spectrometry identity confirmation. Where an endotoxin, heavy-metal or microbial panel was run, that report is published alongside it.
What each report coversCold chain
Lots are held at minus 20 C with continuous logging and dispatched gel-packed in insulated cartons. The temperature record for your parcel travels with it and is reproduced on request.
How a parcel is handledPayment
Card, ACH bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency payments are not reversible once settled, which changes what a return can be. Read the returns policy before choosing one.
Returns and refundsJurisdiction
We ship within the United States and to a published list of international destinations. Buyers outside that list are not accepted, and buyer-side import compliance remains the buyer responsibility in all cases.
