Lot-traceable reference compounds

Every vial has a paper trail, and you can read all of it.

Synthesised in Madison, tested by an independent laboratory, released only once its certificate is published, and shipped cold with the temperature log in the box. The lot number on the label opens the certificate for that lot. No house averages, no historic batches, no email request.

This strip describes how every lot is handled. The measured figures for the lot you receive are read off its own certificate on the product page, never from a house average and never from a historic batch.

What you are actually buying

Four things every order carries

These are commitments about handling and documentation, not claims about what a compound does. We make no claim about what a compound does.

file-text

A certificate for that lot

Dated, from an independent laboratory, published before the lot goes on sale. The measured purity figure is printed on it rather than summarised for you.

search

A lot number that resolves

The number printed under the compound name on the vial opens that lot in the archive. It resolves for anyone holding a vial, with no account and no purchase.

thermometer

A logged cold chain

Held at minus 20 C with continuous logging, dispatched gel-packed and insulated, and delivered against a signature. The record for your parcel travels with it.

shield

A documented refusal

We publish no dosing, administration or protocol guidance, and staff are instructed not to supply it on request. That is a policy, and it does not change if you ask.

Reading a certificate

The three reports, and what each one actually tells you

A supplier saying "third-party tested" is saying almost nothing until you know which test. These are the reports we publish and the question each answers.

Contaminant panels are run where the intended research use calls for them and are published whenever they are run. A lot with no contaminant panel says so on its certificate rather than leaving the row blank.

Published the day the laboratory returns them. Older lots, identity traces and contaminant panels are in the full archive.

Accounts

What buying laboratories say

Placeholder copy. Replace every quote below with a real, attributable account before publishing, or delete the section.

The certificate is dated before the lot is listed, and the number on the vial opens it. That is the whole reason we moved our reference material here.

Principal investigator, peptide chemistry group

Cold chain held on a August delivery to Arizona, and the temperature log was in the carton. Nobody else sends the log without being asked.

Tomas Rehak

Laboratory manager, contract research organisation

I asked a dosing question to see what would happen and was politely refused in writing. That told me more than the marketing did.

Purity and identity

HPLC-UV purity with the measured figure printed on the certificate, plus mass-spectrometry identity confirmation. Where an endotoxin, heavy-metal or microbial panel was run, that report is published alongside it.

What each report covers

Cold chain

Lots are held at minus 20 C with continuous logging and dispatched gel-packed in insulated cartons. The temperature record for your parcel travels with it and is reproduced on request.

How a parcel is handled

Payment

Card, ACH bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency payments are not reversible once settled, which changes what a return can be. Read the returns policy before choosing one.
