What we collect, why we hold it, and how long we keep it.
Account and order details: name, email address, delivery and billing address, telephone number where given, institution where given, and the contents and history of your orders. Enquiry details where you write to us, including anything you choose to put in the message.
The age and research-use affirmation made on entry is stored in your browser on the device you used, not against your name, and is kept for 90 days before being asked again.
We do not receive or store card numbers. Card details are entered into the payment processor and never touch our servers.
To take and dispatch orders, to answer enquiries, to keep the tax and supply records the law requires of us, and to reach you if a lot you received is later quarantined. That last one is why order records are kept even after an account is closed.
Order and tax records are kept for the period required by United States law. Enquiries are kept for two years. You can ask for your account details to be corrected or deleted at any time, and we will do it except where a record must be kept by law.
The payment processor, the carrier who delivers your parcel, and the accountants and auditors who need to see our records. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Purchasers are responsible for compliance with every law applicable where they take delivery, including import, export and controlled-substance rules. We do not ship to restricted destinations and we cancel and refund orders placed from them. Title passes at dispatch from Madison, Wisconsin.

Every lot carries a dated certificate of analysis, published before the lot is listed. No email request, no account and no purchase is required to read one.

HPLC-UV purity with the measured figure printed on the certificate, plus mass-spectrometry identity confirmation. Where an endotoxin, heavy-metal or microbial panel was run, that report is published alongside it.

Lots are held at minus 20 C with continuous logging and dispatched gel-packed in insulated cartons. The temperature record for your parcel travels with it and is reproduced on request.

Card, ACH bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency payments are not reversible once settled, which changes what a return can be. Read the returns policy before choosing one.
Returns and refundsJurisdiction
We ship within the United States and to a published list of international destinations. Buyers outside that list are not accepted, and buyer-side import compliance remains the buyer responsibility in all cases.
